The Nuclear Plant in Laguna Verde, Mexico is the only nuclear power plant in Mexico and it produces 4,5% for the state electrical power. It was constructed in 1976 and it began operating in 1990. THe power plant has poor security measures and in the proximity of the nuclear plant, there are many hotels for people to visit.
