Problems in the Amazon rainforest (South America)

Amazonian forest are full of ores which are located at a given location
Mining and energy resources that are located on the territory of Brazil are: bauxite, gold, iron, copper, nickel, oil, natural gas, coal, aluminum, magnesium, tin, lead and opium

One of the main problems is that people cut down millions of trees each year
In each hour of the day, 1000 to 3000 acres of the rainforest are destroyed
40000000 to 50000000 acres are being destroyed each year
The lumberjacks cut down these trees for firewood, houses and for other money making industries
Certain plants are also removed from the amazon forest, whic are used to make products such as perfumes ,medicne and herbal shampoo
Deforestation is not the only problem ,there are also hunters killing more than 50% of the amazon’s wildlife.
That started killing off many of the species living in the amazon forest
The rainforest is also being destroyed because of it’s high amount of gold ore.
Gold mining in the rainforest pollutes rivers due to people throwing unusable mining remains into the river.
The greenhouse effect causes global warming
If people don’t stop ruining the rainforest, it will mean less oxygen for all of us, since the rainforest supplies 40% of the world’s oxygen
At this rate the rainforest only has 28 years left with only 3 million square miles remaining all over the world
