    After heavy rains on 1. of April three rivers burst it banks and killed 300 people in the Colombian town Mocoa. The president Juan Manuel Santos holds climate change for responsible for the desaster, since the rainfalls of that single night were as much as usually the amount of rain in the whole month of March.
