According to representatives of the industry, although there is an existing legislation, it is not respected. Manufacturers have announced that the state can also help the sector with the export of Bulgarian perfumery and cosmetics abroad. Furthermore, in 2018 are expected difficulties with the collection of the rose color in the country, announced the representatives of the Association. They state that workers force is declining, and the problem of one-day labor contracts is not resolved. The Executive Director of the Association confirmed the position: “We will look again for the state's help, not to lose the registered social workers in their labor offices and to be able to participate in the campaign” for collection of the rose and lavender seedlings this year.
